Toupee King Corp. Warranty Policy for hair system purchases.

This Warranty Policy applies to all hair systems and products provided by Toupee King Corp. By purchasing or receiving our products, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Warranty Coverage

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects only, including:

  • Base defects present upon receiving the product.
  • Excessive shedding beyond normal expectations within the 30-day warranty period.
  • Adhesive or attachment issues caused by defective product materials.
  • Coverage applies only to the original purchaser.

2. What the Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover issues resulting from:

  • Improper maintenance or failure to follow system care instructions.
  • Use of non-recommended products, adhesives, or solvents.
  • Heat damage (flat irons, curling irons, saunas, steam rooms).
  • Colour fading due to sun exposure, chlorine, or washing habits.
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Lifestyle factors (sweating, oil production, physical activity).
  • Client-performed repairs, removals, or alterations.
  • Damage after installation, including pulling, tearing, or mishandling.

Hair systems are delicate cosmetic products; gradual wear and shedding are expected.

3. Warranty Period

Warranty coverage lasts for:

  • 30 days from receiving the product.
  • 7 days for defects in retail products (adhesives, tapes, shampoos, etc.)

Custom systems may follow supplier-specific timelines.

4. Inspection & Claims Process

To file a warranty claim:

  1. Contact us within the warranty period.
  2. Provide photos, videos or return the system for inspection.
  3. Allow us to determine whether the issue is a manufacturing defect or normal wear.

If approved, we may:

  • Repair the system.
  • Replace the system with the same or closest available model.
  • Provide partial credit toward a new system

Refunds are not offered due to hygiene and customization.

6. Client Responsibilities

To maintain warranty eligibility, clients must:

  • Follow all aftercare instructions.
  • Use only recommended products.
  • Perform proper maintenance.
  • Avoid exposing the system to harsh chemicals or heat.

Failure to follow these guidelines voids the warranty.

7. Limitations of Liability

Our liability is limited to the repair or replacement of defective products. We are not responsible for:

  • Scalp irritation or allergic reactions.
  • Damage caused by improper care.
  • Loss of system due to lifestyle or environmental factors.
  • Dissatisfaction based on personal preference or unrealistic expectations.

8. Changes to Warranty

We may update this Warranty Policy at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of updated terms.
